Half off through December 31, 2026: 2.5¢ a record.

Questions

When does the file arrive?
After payment, the file is sent automatically to the email on the order.
What am I paying for?
The count you chose, cut the way you set it: state, city, ZIP, and the other filters. You see the price before you pay.
What does it cost?
Orders start at 100,000 records. Through December 31, 2026 every record is 2.5¢, half the 5¢ list price. 100,000 records is $2,500 and 250,000 is $6,250. Every order gets 7% extra records, so 100,000 delivers 107,000.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The trial is 2,000 records for $25, once per customer. With the 7% bonus you get 2,140. Codes do not apply to the trial.
How do the 10% codes work?
Each code takes 10% off a regular order. MEMBER is for people who signed up, on their first order. STORY comes from our posts. Your delivery email has a code for your next order. One code per order. Codes do not stack. 100,000 records with a code is $2,250.
What can I use the list for?
Marketing to homeowners, for 12 months from purchase. After that, delete the file. You may keep people who became your customers. Not for credit, insurance underwriting, employment, or tenant screening. We are not a credit bureau.
How current is the data?
The records are regularly updated.
What is in each record?
US homeowners: name, home address and phone. Pick any state, city or ZIP.

Common worries

What if a phone number is disconnected?
Some will be. People change numbers, and we don't promise every number still rings. Every order includes 7% bonus records to cover records that can't be reached.
What if mail comes back?
Some mail will come back, because people move and records change. The 7% bonus records cover records that can't be delivered. If you mail, ask your mail house to run the list through USPS address updates before printing.
Do I have to check the Do Not Call list?
Yes, before you call or text. Scrub the list against the National Do Not Call Registry (telemarketing.donotcall.gov) and your own do-not-call list, and follow your state's rules. The buyer is responsible for Do Not Call, TCPA and CAN-SPAM compliance.
Can I get sued for calling these people?
The list is for marketing you are allowed to run. You must follow the TCPA and the Do Not Call Registry. Do not use an autodialer, AI voice or prerecorded calls without consent. It is not for credit, insurance underwriting, hiring, or tenant screening.
What if some records are bad? Is there a refund?
Every order includes 7% extra records instead of refunds. The bonus covers records that miss your filters, bounce, or can't be reached, and the delivered count includes it. No cash refunds unless we approve one in writing. If the file materially misses the filters you ordered, beyond the bonus, we rebuild it.
How long can I use the list?
12 months from purchase. After that, stop using it and delete every copy. You may keep records of people who responded or became your customers.
Can I use the list for my clients, or resell it?
No. The file is for your own business's marketing. Your employees and contractors may use it for you. If you are an agency, mail house, print shop or call center, you may use it to run campaigns for your own clients during the 12 months, and you are responsible for their lawful use. You may not sell, rent, share, or transfer the file itself, or build a list product from it.

Before you buy

Can I see one name before I pay?
No. Those are real people, so the names are not on the website. You see the cut, the count, and the price. The names arrive in the file.
If it's this cheap, is the data bad?
The price is the sale, through December 31, 2026. The records are regularly updated. You are not paying a brand premium.
Who do I write to if something is wrong?
The confirmation and the file come to the email you paid with. Reply on that thread.
Why should I put a card on a new site?
You see the count and the price before you pay. The charge matches that order. The file is sent to the same email.
What if the list is not what I ordered?
We build it again and send the corrected file. The filters on the order are the spec.
I only work three ZIPs.
Cut the order to those three ZIPs. Regular orders start at 100,000 records. For a small test, take the $25 trial: 2,000 records.
I already buy from a big data company.
Stay if that contract is better. This is the same kind of homeowner file, for the streets you choose, with no contract.
Will you sell my street to my competitor?
A list is not a protected territory. You can limit the order to the ZIPs you actually work.
Are the 10% codes a trick?
No. One code per order, 10% off the sale price. MEMBER is your first order. The code in your delivery email is for the next order. They do not stack and do not apply to the $25 trial. The price on the page is the price.
Can I get emails instead of addresses?
No. The file is homeowners: name, home address, and phone. It is not an email list.
Can I skip people who already replaced the roof?
Set roof age to 20 years or more. That is the age of the roof on the record. It is not a permit that says the roof was replaced last month.
Will my calling software take the file?
The file is a spreadsheet. Open it in Excel and load it into your calling software. Scrub it against Do Not Call first.
Where are the customer reviews?
We don't publish a quote until that customer has agreed to put their name and company on it.
What if the email never arrives?
Email thehomeownerlist@gmail.com with the email on your order. We send the file again.
How do I reach you?
Email thehomeownerlist@gmail.com.
The site looks too new to trust with company money.
The product is the file, not the age of the site. You see the count and the price before you pay.
