Choose the state, city or ZIP, then narrow it: property type, owner-occupied, home value, year built, roof age on record, pool, yard and more.

See the count and the price
The price updates as you build. Regular orders start at 100,000 records, or take the $25 trial for 2,000 records. Every order adds 7% bonus records.

Pay and get the file by email
After payment, the file is sent automatically to the email on your order. Payments are coming soon: card payment is not connected yet, so no order can be placed today.
