One row per homeowner, delivered as a spreadsheet you can open in Excel or load into your dialer. These are example names only — real records are sent only after payment.

Filters you can use

  • Location: state, city or ZIP
  • Property type and occupancy (owner-occupied or absentee owner)
  • Home value
  • Year built
  • Roof age on record. This is the age in the property record, not a permit history; a roof may have been replaced without the record changing.
  • Bedrooms, homeowner age, year bought, yard and pool

Honest limits

  • Not every phone number works. Some will be disconnected or changed.
  • Some mail will come back. People move and records change.
  • Instead of refunds for bad records, every order includes 7% bonus records. Refund policy
  • The list is not exclusive. Other buyers may get the same records.

Marketing use only

The file is for lawful marketing to homeowners, for your own business or, if you are an agency, for your clients' campaigns, during the 12-month license. We are not a credit bureau or a consumer reporting agency.

The file may never be used for:

  • Credit decisions
  • Insurance underwriting
  • Employment decisions
  • Tenant screening

Your responsibility: DNC, TCPA and CAN-SPAM

The buyer is responsible for following every law that applies to how the list is used. Before you call or text, scrub the list against the National Do Not Call Registry and your own do-not-call list, and follow the TCPA and your state's rules. Do not use an autodialer, AI voice or prerecorded message to call or text without each person's prior express written consent. If you email, follow CAN-SPAM.
